Like many of you out there I have many big goals which I have set myself in 2021. I love finding ways to stay motivated and encourage positive vibes my way. I came upon the idea of night time affrimations as a way of ending the day on a positive note and putting you back in the right mindset before bed.
I have found 20 that really appealed to me and I really wanted to share them with all of you.

I love ending the day on a positive note. Hope it encourages a good sleep and a more postivite day the day after.

I love this because I always start the day with one. It will be nice to end with one as well!
